1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Apex Labels website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Apex Labels provides flexographic label printing services including but not limited to:

• Custom label printing (1-8 colors)
• Die cutting services
• Barcode and QR code labels
• Medical and pharmaceutical labels
• Food industry labels
• Retail and promotional labels

3. Orders and Quotes

All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary based on quantity, materials, and specifications. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of written approval and any required deposit.

4. Artwork and Design

Customers are responsible for providing print-ready artwork. We offer design assistance at additional cost. All artwork must comply with copyright laws, and customers warrant they have rights to use submitted designs.

5. Proofs and Approval

Digital proofs will be provided for approval before production. Customer approval of proofs constitutes acceptance of design, color, and content. Apex Labels is not responsible for errors in customer-approved proofs.

6. Production and Delivery

Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on order complexity and workload. We strive to meet all delivery commitments but are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed. New customers may be required to pay in advance. Late payments may incur interest charges.

8. Quality and Returns

We stand behind the quality of our products. Claims for defects must be made within 7 days of delivery. Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects, not for customer-approved design errors.

9. Limitation of Liability

Apex Labels' liability is limited to the value of the defective goods. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use of our products.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, dies, and tooling created by Apex Labels remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customer-provided designs remain the property of the customer.

11. Confidentiality

We treat all customer information and designs as confidential and will not share them with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law
